Tahnia Rogers, LSW
Psychotherapist, Coach, & Founder
Tahnia is a psychotherapist, executive coach, and founder of The Roots Studio. She is dedicated to helping individuals break through mental and emotional barriers to live authentically and with purpose. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in mind-body integration, recognizing that true healing comes from addressing the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of well-being.

Her therapeutic approach blends evidence-based modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and trauma-informed practices—with complementary techniques like somatic therapy and breathwork. Tahnia tailors her methods to meet each client’s unique needs, guiding them on a personalized path toward balance, resilience, and self-discovery. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief, identity shifts, life transitions, relationship challenges, and breaking negative generational cycles.

As an executive coach for aspiring entrepreneurs, Tahnia helps clients overcome self-doubt, reconnect with their authentic selves, and transform their passions into purpose-driven careers. She believes that many people struggle to tap into their true calling because they’ve been conditioned to seek external validation, losing touch with their inner wisdom. Her mission is to help individuals break free from these mental blocks, rediscover their innate gifts, and build a life that is truly their own.

"Our gifts are not for us—they are for the world. Keeping them inside is a disservice to those who need them. I help others overcome self-imposed limitations so they can pursue their dreams and make an intentional, lasting impact."- Rogers

Tahnia holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University, and is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher.
